Cody Harvey (MBA, BSN, RN) is now a Partner and Owner-Operator in our journey of providing premium senior living services to Tennessee families.
Harvey joins the leadership partnership of founders Chris Beckstrand and Rob Cuthbertson to combine for over 30 years of collective experience in operating senior living communities. We are excited for this new era of excellence and compassionate care.

The Journey to Senior Living in Cleveland, Tennessee
The addition of Cody Harvey is a significant milestone for Avail Senior Living. His knowledge of health care and senior living options in Cleveland is a blessing for our team.
Cody’s journey in senior care began during high school when he worked as a certified nursing assistant. This early experience ignited a lifelong love for seniors, leading to a flourishing career dedicated to their care.
He graduated from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He later received the prestigious Outstanding Alumni Award from the School of Nursing in 2019. He also holds an MBA with a focus on Healthcare from Southern Adventist University.
Before joining us, Cody served as the Executive Director at Morning Pointe of Chattanooga, the largest assisted living facility within the Morning Pointe Senior Living network. His hands-on approach and invaluable experience have made him respected among peers and seniors.
Beyond his professional life, Cody actively contributes to his Tennessee community. He also serves as:
- The President of the East Brainerd Kiwanis Club
- The Vice President of the Hamilton County Pachyderm Club, and is
- A member of the Governing Board for Chattanooga Head Start and Early Head Start
A devout Christian, he and his wife are cherished members of the Silverdale Baptist Church.
