What do our senior living community’s floor plans look like?
Avail’s apartments consist of five floor plans. Our Studio, Alcove, One-Bedroom, and Two-Bedroom apartments are designed for assisted living residents, while our secure Memory Care Studio is best suited for those with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s. Several of these floor plans contain excellent features such as full kitchens, walk-in closets, and plenty of other storage space.
What will I be able to access outside of my apartment?
At Avail, everything you need will be under one roof. Our fitness and in-house therapy rooms, salon, library, dining room, and spacious community areas for socializing offer plenty of opportunities to feel relaxed and refreshed while meeting new like-minded seniors during your retirement in Cleveland, Tennessee.
The building is surrounded by a scenic seven-acre lot and large courtyard where seniors and their families can gather as well. We encourage you to take part in many outdoor activities.
